How to delete your account
You can delete your account from inside the app, in a minute. You do not have to write to us or explain why.
From the app
- Open the app.
- Tap “Account”.
- Tap “Delete my account”.
- Confirm. Done.
We delete everything as soon as you confirm. There is no undo: if you come back, you will add your cases again.
What is deleted
- Your account and the way you sign in.
- The cases you added are removed from your account, along with the names you gave them.
- The phones registered for notifications.
- Your settings.
Your subscription does not cancel by itself
Deleting the account does not cancel the payment at the store. Cancel it yourself, before or after deleting the account:
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play → your picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
If you cannot open the app
Write to us from the email or phone you used to sign in to the app and we will delete your account for you.
