What we keep
- How you sign in: your email, your phone number, or your Apple or Google account.
- The A-Numbers and countries you add, and the names you give them.
- What the court says about those cases and how it has changed over time.
- A code from your phone so we can send you notifications.
- Whether your payment is active. We learn that from the store; we never see your card.
What we use it for
To look up your cases on the immigration court's public website and tell you when they change. Nothing else.
What we never do
- We never sell or share your A-Number.
- We never put it in a notification.
- We never send it to the government. We only look it up on the court's public website, the same way you would.
Who else sees something
- Apple, Google and Expo deliver the notifications. They only see that we sent you one, not what it says.
- RevenueCat tells us whether your payment is active.
- The court's website receives the A-Number and country when we look up your case. That is the same thing that happens when you look it up.
How long we keep it
As long as you have your account. When you delete your account, we delete your sign-in details, your list of watched cases, and your registered notification devices; your cases are removed from your account.
Children
The app is for adults. An adult may add the case of a child in their family.
